Ok lets be real. we all know 90%of the population canot afford this. now what? what do they do when most if not all of americans can not pay.
this is the big picture.
1) The public blames the "greedy" insurance companies for the rate increases.
2) Insurance companies lose customers and are forced to leave the market.
3) Single-payer swoops in to save the day.
Only something went wrong with part 1) - the public has been blaming the Obama Administration, instead. And they are in a panic trying to change the narrative.
Perhaps the end game was to default into a single payer system knowing that the current ACA would not work.
