Not too far off from mine, actually. It was off the rim anyway, not that I knew. I guess I took a nail New Year’s Eve day, returning from a trip, and it sat for 48 hours. I got in and started driving to work, when the stupid tire pressure light came on. Well, I’ll get that later, I thought, but then I noticed it was pulling to the left, so I circled back. When I went into my driveway I felt a big thud, and when I finally looked at it. whoa!
So I had to put on the donut, this in the midst of quasi record cold and snow. Plus I haven’t done this in years. I had to really MAN UP, and use supreme LEG POWER on the lug wrench, and manhandle the wheel, and all that stuff. Woof.
That show was just a bonus, you see. Kismet.
