Really. I rented pickups from them a few times and the experience was always pleasant. They also have a good record of sale of their slightly used rental vehicles.
I like the CEO. He was a fighter pilot who flew off of the Big E. He paid for the Battle 360 program which followed the enterprise throughout its time during WW2 in the pacific via digitally generated images of the battles it fought.
Those pukes tried to ding me for some minor dings on a rental. Too bad for them I had taken pictures of the dings with my phone and emailed them to myself. And also had the guy at the checkout note that on my rental paperwork.
Enterprise is a bottom feeder. So say my friends who travel extensively. Maybe their CEO is a good guy, but he better start cleaning house or his company will be deservedly done and gone soon.
