We haven’t received our insurance cards, either. They did send a letter, stating we are enrolled, but who knows if the hospital would accept that.
FYI. we purchased direct from BcBs, same letter, no cards. Wife went for test today, they found her in the system. No issues.. Hope it’s the same for you..
