A few Red state governors and legislatures need to step up and provide some leadership instead of just words.
That would provide the spark, if they have the courage.
Line in the sand time for states or there is no purpose in having states.

Don't worry about those "leaders". If we start the movement, don't worry, they'll be along to take credit if their finger in the wind give the right reading.
