I don’t think it was any southern white radicals who caused this fiasco. Instead, the effort was completely underestimated by the administration from beginning to end. As an example, programming the Obamacare website was like playing golf without a hole. The system design and data flows were probably never finalized and constantly changed. Using Pelosian logic, I guess you had to program it to see what’s in the system. Result: An expensive and slow moving train of data.
