I had to get a new PC (old Win 7 one went BZZZZT) with Win 8.....on FR, how do I get the clock/time setting to PST, without the Greenwich Mean Time, etc. stuff?

Go to "Account" at the top of the page, then choose "My Locale" and click on your state.

See if that works.
