Kaepernick hails from Milwaukee I believe, a number of teams passed by drafting him so he ended up in SF and was 2nd string in fact, until Alex Smith got hurt. So this game will be a bit of a homecoming for him. One reason, I think SF stand a chance.

I’m for some teams but the game always has to be fair within reason.

It’s evident the Chiefs should have had a 2nd attempt to kick the FG in the game vs. San Diego Sunday. Did people see that??

So not sure how this might effect the game, one could think “well, the Chargers are fortunate to even be there and might play better”. But the Bengals are a bit of a juggernaut, they look real good at times. Chargers dropped a game to the Raiders, full respect to Oakland but they were rather weak this year.

Kaepernick’s family moved away from Wisconsin when he was 4 years old.

Not much of a “homecoming”.
