Please disregard. Looks like when any sentence, parole, etc is completed voting rights are restored.

By "just here", I'll take it that you mean Texas, as that's the state flag you fly. In Texas as in many states, a felon who has served his time plus any parole that applies may vote. It is so in all 50 states, with a few states adding other restrictions.

Maine and Vermont allow incarcerated felons to vote.
