Her surge in enrollment talk is pure horse manure. People who were already on medicaid or Medicare were already in the federal system. That means that this just amounts to them transferring them into their healthcare.gov system. This so-called “surge” does not include people who’s policies were cancelled.
Even if 2.1 million sighed up for the first time, it would still mean more people lost their insurance they were told they could keep, based on what I have seen.
