How did he get a security clearance to be able to work on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base?
Even or maybe especially as a sub contractor.

With the ID theft going on, it's ridiculously easy to get past the level of clearance (just a quick background check known as a NAC, or National Agency Check) required to work on a military installation as a contractor or sub-contractor.

Arizona (Gov. Brewer) is considering giving drivers' licenses to illegals who are given probation in place after their immigration deportation hearings. I've already called and written to say that's a very bad idea; but my lone voice may not hold sway.

The felony warrant in Texas should have caused him to fail even a simple background check. He may have passed the background check and the warrant was issued afterward, but rechecks should be happening- especially for work on military facilities. We really need to wake up, background checks need to be thorough for work on military property- next time it could be a terrorist getting clearance...
