I know a lot of people are scamming the system and there are legitimate disability claims. But how is a spouse entitled to receive benefits? I’d like to understand that.

No, but require re-certification of injuries and demonstration of the inability to work.

The scary part is the black teens with ADD, ADHD, bipolar disorders and others to get extra SSDI money for the family and then get it automatically as “adults”, free to do whatever they’d like but work because that endangers their income.

We could also mandate injectible contraception for any women in the household. If you are too disabled to take care of yourself, you’re not going to be allowed any more children.

Then we prevent it from becoming another welfare program for the generations.

question?

After someone is awarded disability (with or without the help of a sleazy lawyer) is that the only time for the rest of their lives that their disability case is reviewed?

Or, does one have to document continuing disability every few years or so??

If not, that should be a given requirement for continued disability to keep the scum floating to the top of the kettle, to skim off the top.
