Youre fooling yourself if you think they cant access a Droid just as readily as an iPhone or any other smart phone. They can't check the phone if the battery's been removed - I believe that was his point.

Yes, and I would live one of those new security systems that you can set via your phone...but talk about inviting the government and hackers into your HOME....not.
