What rights to a private life do his still living brother and accountant father have? None, if the crime is horrible enough? Were I any part of the extended Lanza family, I would have at very least changed my name if not my address by now. What else could be found out that would changes anything?

So the question begs what reconstruction tech do they have to put together the disk or read the pieces separately or the burned disk, what ever the story is as to how he destroyed it.
