I have a liberal minded wife I constantly have to educate about the true intentions of greedy, power hungry men known as politicians. She doesn’t like it when I do it but I can tell she gets it after I spell it out. Liberals have a form of tunnel vision and tend to believe that politicians mean what they say and don’t seem to understand that they know how to game and manipulate the “system”. I find them a little gullible and naieve really.
I have a liberal in my life who thinks I’m talking about black helicopter conspiracy theories, when I tell him light bulbs are being phased out. He just flat doesn’t believe me...at least he didn’t when the 100s and 75s were phased out...because in his tiny pea brain, he still saw bulbs on the shelf.
