The jihadists are a real security problem in southern Russia. Maybe now Obama and Kerry will begin to understand why Putin cannot allow nearby Syria to become dominated by al Qaeda led political Islamists. Syria would then become a base and haven for the jihadists.
Sochi is sure close to the “stans”. I suspect some serious security in place for these Olympics.
