................A problem is that Obama’s Executive Order only refers to “Presidential Records.” Those are records that are kept and accumulated AFTER inauguration. Obama’s birth certificate, Social Security Administration records, draft records, college records, travel records and financial aid records are not presidential records................

Huh??

I thought that all the lifetime records were sealed by the EO, and any repository of prior records of Zer0 would be prosecuted by revealing them.

So why haven’t Occidental, Columbia, Harvard, Hawaii, Kenya, Indonesia, Illinois, released any records relating to Zer0, if they’re not under a federal gag order for suppression???

Nope, presidential records begin on Inauguration Day. College records are confidential but not sealed.
Orly Taitz sued Occidental College to get Obama’s registration and financial aid records. Occidental College won the lawsuit and the judge fined Orly Taitz $4,000 in court costs to be paid to Occidental’s attorneys.

There is a difference between a confidential record and a sealed record. However if you have a court order ( a warrant not a subpoena) from a judge, a confidential record or a sealed record can be released.

And as we all know these days, there’s no longer any such thing as a sealed record in the era of Wikileaks, Edward Snowden or Bradley Manning. If you are a skilled enough hacker, even the most top secret records can be opened and released.
