...............What kind of library is he going to have when everything is sealed?.......................

Question? Since everything is sealed by the first EO he signed, not by a law, can a future President sign an EO that unseals Zer0’s records, or negates Obunghole’s EO?

The answer is yes. In fact the Obama presidential records Executive Order #13489 that you are referring to revoked a George W. Bush Executive Order #13233 of November 1, 2001.
By the way, Executive Orders can be and some have been declared to be unconstitutional.
In 1952, the Supreme Court ruled in Youngstown Sheet and Tube v. Sawyer {343 U.S. 579} that President Truman’s Executive Order #10340 which asserted the President’s Commander-in-Chief power to authorize the government seizure and operation of the steel mills in order to prevent a work stoppage during wartime was unconstitutional.
