32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.
Note that God gave THEM up ... (and then) ... And even as THEY did not like to retain God in their knowledge ... (and then) ... God gave THEM over to a debased mind ...

AS A SIDE NOTE here, let me point out that the list of sins that follow aren’t exclusive to homosexuals, as others who are not homosexuals can participate in those sins.
BUT with those that God mentions, it’s ESPECIALLY EGREGIOUS — as they SUPPRESS the truth that God has given them with all the capability they have in complete ungodliness and unrighteousness — and so GOD THOROUGHLY DEBASES THEM with the judgement of HOMOSEXUALITY. And they are so intent on suppressing this truth that God has shown them, that they also progress right down that list of other sins.
THIS is the WORST JUDGEMENT that God can render on a person, while still living. GOD has DEBASED THOSE, who fit verses 18-20, so thoroughly that they even work to debase themselves even further!
Here are verses 18-20 ...
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.
20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,
I think you are torturing the grammar here as badly as the homos and other are torturing the love of God.
Homos CAN get that bad, and Sodom is one example. But it is only foolishness that says that the “rest of us” don’t have to watch that list. Any sex sin can result in great attachment to hatred. ANY.

And the reason is not far to seek. Associate the attachment of erotic pleasure with something saliently harmful (whether that be buggery or something else) and voila, you’re romancing hate.
I’ve been there, done that, and was NOT homosexual. Result just the same, frantic suicidal wishes. Till I was saved, stopped the nonsense for the sake of God, and shortly thereafter the wishes ended. Then long road to recovery and now I am turned against Satan.
Don’t scorn those “gays” too badly. They are but an obvious showy example and others are, perhaps quietly, in similar boats. And anyhow railing about how terrible the sin misses the point God wants to make which is: let us make every effort to save the sinners. We modern Christians have classed sinners into “sinners like us” and “sinners worse than us,” and then simply won’t go near the latter. It is an abomination to have done so and stops some of the most dramatic ministries possible.
Also, I have learned not to complain on the level of “oh, those poofters are polluting our nice society.”
I’m saying soldiers of Christ, can’t you think of something better to save than how nice society is? How about some SOULS, soldiers??
We have a huge OPPORTUNITY here to kick Satan in the hiney like you wouldn’t believe. And that’s not by hounding the sinners away but by inviting them into the embrace of the grace of God. Yes it may result in getting some vicious attacks, but that is only characteristic of the Cross.
The American people don’t believe the Scriputres any more; they have “gay” cousins, brothers, in-law, uncles, nieces, etc. They like to boast of their “tolerance”.
