[9:36:38: - units responding to the sandy hook school, the front glass has been broken out of the school, they’re unsure why]
9:36:15: 9:37:15: "The individual I have on the phone is continuing to hear what he believes to be gun shots."
9:38:10: "The shooting appears to have stopped. The school is in lock down."
9:38:50: "We'll stage up the SWAT and go from there."
9:39:05: "Reports that teachers saw two shadows running, past the building, past the gym."
9:39:20: "Yeah, we got 'em. Their coming at me."
9:40 a.m. "You'll need two ambulances."
9:40:30: "Shooter's apparently still shooting in office area. Dickerson Drive."
9:40:55: "Troop 8 personnel, take Exit 10, left on 34, turn on Riverside Drive. Make sure you have your vests on."
9;43:45: "We have one female in Room 1 who has gunshot wound to the foot."
9:46:20: "We've got an injured person in Room 9 with numerous gunshot wounds."
9:49:05: "Negative on description. Shots were fired about three minutes ago."
9:53:25: "Newtown's reporting one suspect down. The building has now been cleared."
9:55:25: "Be advised, we have multiple weapons. One rifle and a shotgun"

Odds are that the 9:36:38 call [units responding to the sandy hook school, the front glass has been broken out of the school, they’re unsure why] AND the 9:36:15: 9:37:15 call [The individual I have on the phone is continuing to hear what he believes to be gun shots.] ARE the same individual.
AND that is the individual whose shadow the teachers saw running past the building, past the gym [the other shadow being a police officer]and who was chased up into the woods by the police.
And now compare that to the 911 calls:

OPERATOR 1: You’ve dialed 911. What’s the location of your emergency?
CALLER: Sandy Hook Elementary School, 12 Dickenson Drive.
CALLER: Inside. I believe they are shooting at the front, at the front glass.
CALLER: Something’s going on.
CALLER: I’m down the corridor.
CALLER: The front glass is all shot out. It kept, it kept going on.
CALLER: It’s still happening.
CALLER: Everything is locked up, as far as I know. I’m right in front.
CALLER: Yeah. They’re in lock down.
CALLER: No it’s still going on. I can’t get over there.
CALLER: Yes. I’m not, I’m not in the front. I’m actually down the other part. But I’m close.
CALLER: I keep hearing shooting. I keep. . .
CALLER: I keep hearing popping.
CALLER It’s, now it’s silent.
CALLER: All the doors are locked. Kids are in classrooms.
CALLER: O.K. The gym teacher is telling me they saw (unintelligible) going past the gym.
CALLER: I would say that was the outside. (Pause) There is still shooting going on. Please.
(man screaming in background — “. . . coming at me . . .” unintelligible)

CALLER: It’s still going on [Gunshots heard in the background as the Call ends at 9:40:05]
Gunshots heard at 9:40 were probably those fired in Room 8 at the kids who were making their break for it.
