There will be no fight. Connecticut has started it. In California it begins the First of January. By the end of the year,2014, there will be 10 to 15 more States on the registration bandwagon. Look for another mass shooting incident with the shooter using one of the registered type implements to occur. Also look for, should there be any organized resistance, child porn to be found on the leaders computers. Or things of a similar nature. If there will be no fight, then haven't we already lost?
If you wait until they're knocking on your door, you've let them choose the battleground and no-one chooses a disadvantageous battleground.
Look around you. Four States, Colorado, California, New York, Connecticut. Of the four, only the residents of Colorado fought back. new York has the SAFE Act which I do not know enough details of it to discuss, except I don't believe that it bodes well for the Second Amendment. Both Connecticut and California are proceeding with gun registrations. In it is a Class D Felony not register whatever the law calls for and I am sure that California will have a penalty for failure to register also. Have we reached the point where we value luxury over freedom? I don't know.
At my age, knowing what I know about history, If I lived in either CA or CN and owned guns, I don't think that I would register them, but I can only speak for me.
