Yes, They could launch an attack on Japan but what would the Japanese do in responce? I know what Obama would do—Go to the UN and write China a letter—strongly worded. I believe the Japanese naval units would slap a blockcade on China and sink any ships coming in and going out—and blast their rocket stations. The Japanese would go nuclear in a week!
