It is obvious to anyone who has watched or listened to Phil Robertson that he is a committed Christian. He has given his personal testimony about how Jesus Christ saved his soul on numerous, numerous occasions. In fact, he speaks all over the country about his love of God. He has raised a family of Christian children. He quotes frequently from scripture. The very popularity of the show is based partly on the fact that Americans marvel that at the end of each show, he leads his family in a prayer before mealtime to thank God, in the name of Jesus Christ.

If the "Rev" Jackson were really a brother in Jesus Christ, he would be out there defending Phil Robertson, instead of attacking him.

Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.

Matthew 7: 15-20

Jesse the Jackass has spent a lifetime as a grifter/hustler/con-artist.

He’s never done an honest days work in his life. He was an opportunist who hitched his wagon to MLK’s and then usurped MLK’s legacy. (MLK’s predilections are another conversation)

The odd thing about MLK Jr was Martin Luther, a noted anti-semite.
