How can a very truth be a lame canard.
You guys get nowhere because you are hung up on your prides and giving God no glory.
If this is what we have on our side, the republic is (well, more accurately, has been) doomed.
I think I will order more prepping supplies.
You presume to judge my relationship with God? How incredibly vile. I would like an apology for that.
I give God all the glory. I also recognize that it may be in His Plan for us to fall, and those who would tolerate a Christie nomination would be components to that fallen-America plan. My only hope would be that it wouldn't be people who consider themselves Conservative; that they would not endorse someone so far left, that gun-control would be (as an example) a major pillar of the administration priorities.
Assuming, impossibly, that Christie won at all.
Are you kidding me? Every meager dollar I was able to spare was sent to conservatives. I sent cash to even those who I knew would not win such as O’Donnell from DE. Herman Cain received my largest donation. So did Newt. Romney? Nothing!
But I know the difference between the community organizer from south side of Chicago and the moderate from MA who actually ran a business.
Liberal Republicans are un-electable.

A conservative candidate is not a guarantee of win either. A politically savvy candidate is better than anything else. Do you agree all of the following were good conservatives?

Why you keep bringing up Christy to me since I never said anything good about him? But if it is Christy versus that new senator from MA or Hillary or another hard lefty, I am keeping an open mind.

I think I hurt your pride which still appears a big factor in your walk at this point. I am judging how you acted. Your eternal fate does not change on account of what I said, nor do I assert that how you acted would torpedo a confirmed salvation (nothing would). But you will realize I was trying to be your friend and warn you sooner from what you would otherwise learn the hard way. You will see sooner or later that rather than I owing you the apology you owe me thanks for at least trying!

Why you do not know what God can or will do, with a sufficient spiritual shift. Why does the nation have to hang on Christie and not on the 300 million others. Ridiculous on its face!

That rebuke over, let me point out that of COURSE I hope we will have the best possible politician running under the only party that hasn’t booed God yet. It would be silly to say I am cheering now for Christie to get the post. I’m saying don’t abandon the candidacy ship if it lists with Christie at the helm. It could be God’s useful trial (so as to teach other GOP’s to pull more weight) rather than a doom to damnation.
