So, if a cop physically hurts me while detaining me or “interacting” with me, I am justified in snapping his wrist/arm/neck, etc. to stop his attack?

Don't be silly, those rules only apply for them. We have a different set of rules we need to follow to the letter. No you can't see them, don't worry, they will make it CRYSTAL CLEAR that you've violated them should they ever want to claim you have...

...I am justified in snapping his wrist/arm/neck, etc. to stop his attack? I don't think you would be justified breaking his neck unless there was a specific and unjustified life threatening action toward you by the officer.
If you find yourself in a situation similar to Ms. Allegrone, it might be better to just get the best lawyer you can find, and hope that it all was on video too.
