Is this a new report, or the same one that came out a couple of years ago from UT? If I remember correctly, the liberals totally dismissed it, and chastised the author for being “unscientific”.

It looks like some of the footnotes were from 2012. That makes it fairly recent.

Nah... This has been out for quite a while now. I think it came out mid 2012 and has been gone through repeatedly by both left and right. Not sure why the “new” headline at FRC. Here’s a link to an interview with Regnerus where he discusses the dust up:
