There was an article about Grover Cleveland many years ago in the Weekly Standard.

So many things I didn't know. Apparently he was known as "Steve" to his friends. Nobody who knew him ever called him Grover.

He was also quite an honest guy, and known for truthfulness.

A rare bird. An honorable democrat.

IIRC, he vetoed more legislation than any other POTUS, because if he couldn't find it in the Constitution, it was unlawful.

Imagine such a creature today in either party.
