I am not sure most of our judges would be at all “unsympathetic” to behavior like this.
It’s generally the luck of the draw, but there are still a whole bunch of iron-jawed hard-butt judges out there that are more than happy to send offensive social misfits on a long paid vacation to ponder the error of their ways.
