Here is link to the article. Just curious, why was "Great Brittan" substituted for England in your posting? Not only was Great Britain misspelled but that wasn't even in the original article.

Anyway, that 1941 Christmas Eve message has always been one of my favorite Churchill speeches.

Sadly, in these times, a grown man in his pajamas summoning a 9-year-old girl to his bedroom "for a bedtime hug" would likely be scandalized and thrown in jail - Prime Minister or not. Such is the world that we live in today.
