Why is a finance publication doing social commentary in the first place?

Because Sodomites just can't leave the Angels alone....

“Why is a finance publication doing social commentary in the first place?”

Anyone can write for Yahoo. I believe the liberal scribblers at Yahoo news get paid by the number of hits per article. Something similar to 1,000 hits pay $1. The more controversial the article, the more hits you get and the more you get paid.

In addition, Yahoo, unlike other left wing sites, doesn’t censor comments. Right now, the article has more than 5,000 comments, many from conservatives. I believe this to be a good thing. Conservatives are getting their views out on a hard-core liberal news site. That’s more than we can say for the MSM propaganda press.
