From the article:

Willingham told deputies he and a woman were at the residence when the gunshot victim came in and started "pestering" the female, according to the release.

The victim refused to leave despite being told to leave, Willingham said.

So, what do you do when someone comes into "the residence", starts "'pestering' the female", and refuses to leave?
