Yes, you missed where I stated it was a “mixed multitude” that left Eqypt. Plenty of red beards, black beards, light skin, and dark skin, all mixed up.
I was just going by today’s Israeli population and the pictures and freezes you see in Israeli museams/tombs, etc. Arabish with curly hair. White, but closer to Italian than Norweigian.
As an aside, one of my favorite girlfriends from college was a beautiful Jewish girl with bright red hair and bountiful freckles.
Her entire family was red-headed.
