I predict they will end up fighting on the side of the most radical muslim faction. The fighting is between Dinka & Nuer tribesmen, both of whom are usually either animistic or Christian. South Sudan broke away from the Muslim north specifically because of their opposition to Islam and also to the North's expropriation of oil revenues from oil fields in the South.

I’m not freaked out, but I predict they will end up fighting on the side of the most radical muslim faction. Neither side is Muslim. Both tribes are overwhelmingly Christian/animist.
