As a presumed constitutional scholar, Barack Obama should know that ... he or she cannot legislate through executive fiat or pick which parts of the law to comply with or decline. Article 2, Section 3, Clause 5 of our Constitution requires that the president “…shall take care that the Laws be carefully executed.” It doesn’t limit those laws or encapsulated provisions to the particular ones that he or she likes.

Which law has odumbo broken? Just pick one and start the impeachment proceedings. It’s high time to get this over with if we are to save this once great nation.
Hussein can say what he wants but Hillary or whoever is running needs to be asked if this is abuse of power and if she would do her duty and enforce the law as it was intended.
In other words, Obama is just telling them what they want to hear. IT IS NOT THE LAW. In a few years, the pos thug will be gone and others running for office (president, senate, house) need to answer if they’re going to do their duty and enforce the law as it was intended.
Obama’s executive orders won’t hold long-term. Those thinking they will are being misled like the rest of us.

If the shoe were on the other foot, the Democrat Party and its allied interest groups would be running to federal court with a lawsuit and every Democrat politician would be spouting the talking points about the evil Republican President trying to turn the US into a dictatorship. In contrast, the Republican Party has no battle plan, and remains silent.
