The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The US Constitution was written in plain English, and no amount of weasel words, gerrymandered interpretations nor judges false decisions should be allowed to twist them or change their context. And if we have enemies that need opposing we must meet them on the battlefield and crush them there--not crush our rights at home. Our RIGHTS are what we fight for and recognition of our rights lets the government exist.

The Founding Fathers knew JUST what they were doing. They meant what they said and said what they meant. The wrote the Constitution, including those first ten amendments, with a purpose and recognition that learned, intelligent Americans would understand it.

I took a Sacred Oath (So help me, God!) to that Constitution. I do not CARE if nobody or everybody gives a damn about my phone conversations--they are MINE. The government has no RIGHT whatsoever unless probable cause has been sworn to and a judge writes a warrant.

When you or anyone tries to subvert that Constitution that makes YOU a domestic enemy.
