They pretend to report each instance every small detail of one or 2 per.week..... until the public gets bored...when actually there are several hundred per. day.
Most of which are not reported,most of the reported are altered in the report to jibe with the race relations officer.
Doesnt take long for certain things to evaporate from the news.
