I just had an after thought.
It really had little to do with MMOH’s big voice...it had to do with the Supreme Court that upheld her minority complaint.
She was building on Hugo Black’s opinion in “Everson”(1947) which redefined the First Amendment to encompassed the sentiments of the Blaine (proposed) Amendment.
