Be gracious in victory.
They were forced to choose sides and chose the good over the evil.
There's no need to rub their noses in their mess any further or gloat over their flip flop.
They chose correctly, now reward them for it by eating there or shopping there or whatever you do in a Cracker Barrel (there are none in NJ that I know about).

This was an unforced error. CB just thought a bit about who they want pissed at them, and decided they’d rather have homosexuals angry. This looks a bit like a “win.” Would it have been better had they not done any of this in the first pace? Of course.
Now, let’s get back to training our fire on A & E.

I agree. I WILL eat there again now. But, boy oh boy if they had not come
to their senses I would not have!
As soon as they entered this with the removal of DD stuff, I said they are using this as a publicity stunt and OF COURSE they will return the stuff to the shelves.
But they miscalculated. We saw right through them. A lot of people will return. I won’t. It’s my little way of sending a message. We don’t do chains except Cracker Barrel. It’s where we eat whenever we leave town to visit the grandkids in Chicago. We’ll be doing Subway or bringing food from here on out. It probably won’t touch CB, but I’ll have a clear conscience.

Which of course cost them much more in profits than legal fees and settlement amount.
I wonder how much business it brought them, though. I honestly believe that if a business said they reserve the right to refuse service to openly homosexual customers, a lot of people would go out of their way to shop there. Dead serious. We’re tired of the PC. A LOT of us.

People make a lot of mistakes and bad decisions when they believe all of the garbage that the state controlled “media” puts out. Americans are not engaged in a love affair with homosexuals as the state controlled “media” would like us to believe.

That’s my opinion as well. Not forgiving them will make our job of convincing others who make mistakes in the future a lot tougher. (After a time-out. Make them hurt a little)

The 1999 lawsuit had nothing to do with gays. It involved supposed sexist and racist discrimination against clients and employees.
How does one go about refusing to serve gay people? Do they have their “orientation” tattooed on their foreheads?

Not sure if I will ever eat at another one To punish them for making the mistake, or to punish them for promptly and publicly correcting the mistake?

to punish them for promptly and publicly correcting the mistake?By all means let's make an example of what will happen in future to anyone who corrects such a mistake. The pro-gay groups and the anti-gay groups both will boycott them.
Any reasonable company would decide it's better to have one group boycotting them than two.

“New on the Cracker Barrel Menu: CROW! How STUPID ARE these business owners? They look like IDIOTS for first CAVING to this PC BS, then have to retract it all.”
If all these silent people that boycott the restaurants and shops would get out and vote with as much rage as they show in boycotting, we wouldn’t end up with the dorks that are the cause to begin with
