Nothing like a critic by Freepers to beat the truth out of something like this. lol
The author claims the graph is from Woods Hole. That’s a pretty reputable research organization - is it not?

The article above shows the highest levels of radioactive Cesium at the mouth of Fukishima Harbor, directly adjacent to the reactor leaks, have begun to approach 7.3 becquerels with the “safe” limit of continous radiation exposure being determined 10 becquerels. The minimum measurable levels for the state of the art radiation testing equipment ate at 1.1 becquerels for Cs 134 and 0.9 becquerels for Cs 137.
This is less than a factor of 10 - not 10,000 or 100,000 as reported. Remember, this is directly offshore from the damaged reactors and so the concentrations will be rapidly and drastically reduced by dilution as the water leaves the shallow bay and enters the vast and deep ocean at large.
Send a request for Cs 134 and 137 tracking numbers of the water right off the landing at Woods Hole research center. I about they will reply, or have even done so because it would be a waste of time that shows minimal impact.
Thanks,
