Look at my state flag. We killed a bunch a people to gain our independence. Most every one here carries a gun, including granny, sis, Aunt Jane and great-grandpa. I’m trying to imagine the foolish judge that would pull that here.

The judge in this case was an Obama appointment.
With that, perhaps a more balanced approach than what you suggest, would be to impeach this judge and all other Obama judicial appointments.
The bad news: most of us won't survive to see the correction.
