I know a thing or five about radio transmitters, and if you operate within the parameters set out by the FCC (and I am quite sure after reading your story you do), then there was no way you caused that busybody any interference. But you already knew that.

I’d have done the same things, and enjoyed it at least much as you did. The pink dish was great. Most people use those for chips and dip. I’d have probably done more to encourage her to think you were burning her brain (?) out.

Don't remember who posted it, but every piece of cheap Chinese electronics that ships to this country has printed in its user manual a paragraph that states the device may not CAUSE interference, but must ACCEPT it.

Given it's hard to find anything actually MADE here in the good ol' USA anymore, her cheap Chinese computer speakers were the culprit not me.

I actually do ask a few of my neighbors who I trust to tell me, if I'm causing them any interference. For the last 4 years I've been a licensed Ham, she's been the only one who's complained. I'm a DX chaser so I do on occasion run full legal limit and still -- no complaints about interference. I take pride in running a clean station.
