1.) Senate would have to convict, and it won't.2.) Joe Biden as president.

They should be considering articles of impeachment. It has gotten to the point where the House should be finding it difficult to avoid the subject.
But I just don't see this collection of cowards up to the task.
And, so long as Harry Reid is Majority Leader, the Senate would never convict. The Democrats proved their partisan deceit with Clinton -- when they acquitted a demonstrably guilty man.
The Constitution is being shredded and nobody's going to do a damn thing!!!
