Say what you want but it is illegal in Russia to use wiretap transcription as an evidence unless there were a court order to wiretap one. One can’t be charged with any sort of traffic if either side of the deal was an undercover agent. It is called “provocation” and it’s LEOs who has to be charged for felony of luring a person this way. Their judicial system is extremely open.
