My take on that is it wont get a vote in the House at all, but we can count on Reid to put it up for a vote in Senate with predictable results.

The latest action in Utah by an Obama appointee as well as the SCOTUS decision on CA marriage (basically Kennedy) tells me that all is lost, that Obama’s judicial appointees now feel free to make up and impose the right to same sex marriage in all 50 states.

Recall that Obama claimed he was against gay marriage when he ran in 2008, and its judicial appointees who will force it on us.

And they will be appointed on 51 in Senate.

“tells me that all is lost”

that is your private opinion. You are entitled to your private opinion. But the Pro-Marriage movement has not taken that position.

The Marriage groups have not announced that “all is lost”.
