I’ve heard of women pooping out babies, but not men. I should probably do some research on the anatomies of men and women to see what is salacious about the comments. Obviously there was something else about the comment that liberals were offended by.
Side note: I find it hilarious (if not just a tinge uncomfortable) to see the left in an uproar about what should be more attractive for men to stick their parts in, vagina Vs. anus.

A scatological contempt for women and childbirth is one of the features of the growth in homosexuality. My exposure to pop-culture (mainly on FR) suggests that even men who consider themselves heterosexual are going for the rectum.
