I don’t understand why he wasn’t carrying a gun. He was a lawyer, and officer of the court. Shouldn’t have been hard for him to get a permit.
I don’t know. I’m with you. But I’ve heard this was an “upscale” mall, so, who knows, maybe he just wasn’t expecting any trouble?
