Meeting with dignitaries from foreign countries that normally would have come to the White House for meetings is certainly work I notice that we hardly ever see Obama meeting dignitaries, whether on vacation or not.
Perhaps it bores him.

Because he’s above us all, has superior wisdom, so feels he never has to meet with the hoi polloi. To him hoi polloi includes Heads of States.

Reagan's Ranch is small, a middle-class home. I enjoyed visiting it this summer. Most of buildings are for the SS, plus a tiny guest house.
