More a problem about Restaurant etiquette than anything else. They were wrong on all counts. This shows much more than an episode about cancer patients.
Folks should consider this when eating out. Seems things have only gotten worse in the last few years.
I am not offended by someone wearing a hat, beanie, or tiara for that matter. I really don’t understand why it would be a big deal.
