Quinns recent tweets seem to confirm that: a) they are under a six-month noncompete and b) they were fired (official statements notwithstanding)
Too bad it's not worth getting the lawyers involved. If I'm fired, then as far as I'm concerned, the non-compete is null and void. That's actually been ruled on in courts.

Yeah, no kidding - unless the contract included firing under the non-complete claus. I haven’t had the “pleasure” of listening to ‘ol Bloomy - but if he’s as bad as people have said...is that really competing? :)
