Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Meanwhile, our friendly group of dedicated FReeper Q&R fans will meet in our usual spot - same time, same station - as we always have! So grab your coffee - or whatever you choose to start your day - and drop in for some political chit-chat, or just to shoot the breeze! We are all coming from - or going to - work, but we all stop in to say ‘hi!’ Feel free to join us!

Wish they would get something squared away and get back on the air.
Me too Iron Munro. The speculation is that they are under a noncompete agreement for who-knows-how-long. I’m sure they will keep their fans updated when they have something concrete. I thought I heard that good things are in the works for them.
Fingers crossed and prayers up!

I don’t understand. Q&R get cancelled, yet there’s still a six-month non-compete, so the earliest they can be on air again is May 18, 2014. Surprised we can still get podcasts. Merry Christmas to all.
What’s the scoop on Quinn and Rose - I hope they get back on the air ASAP.

Mr. KM had Cbs news on last night. The most brain dead news on the face of the earth. The big stories? Did you know there was a study to determine why penguins huddle? Yeah....they huddle....wait for it...TO KEEP WARM!!! Scott Pelley actually sounded impressed with this story. Oh and the Beatles are still a popular band!!!! QUINN AND ROSE SAVE US!!!!!!
I am, mercifully, busy in the kitchen baking and away from the tv. Meanwhile, another freeper mentioned a talk radio show in Wisconsin. Vickie (I think?) McKenna. I was listening to one of her podcasts last night. She’s really good. She’s not our Quinn and Rose, but she held my attention. No stupid banter like the “Mornings on the Mall” guys on WMAL that I have been forced to listen to. I really despise stupid banter.

The LamestreamMedia truly is lame...my guess, Dear Leader approval numbers are SO LOW that glorifying his 4mil vacant plans was a tad risky...so editors opted for “nature” story.
You know what I miss...not as much as Quinn/Rose’s well prepped monologs...their theme songs! Heard “Another Brick in the Wall” in car channel surfing and thought “Education Heads Up...”

Quinn & Rose, still engaged and still busy. I have it on good authority that they fully intend to get back on the air as soon as possible and I’m sure they’ll communicate when that is going to happen; five months and counting until their non-compete clause will allow them to re-enter the market.
